Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with children in a caring, patient, and respectful manner
- Assist with daily activities such as meals, playtime, and rest periods
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment
- Encourage social, emotional, and physical growth through positive interactions and play
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and team members
- Participate in required staff meetings and training sessions
- Follow all safety and health protocols, including CPR and emergency procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in childcare, early education, or caregiving
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic understanding of child development
First Aid certification
Ability to adapt to changing needs and schedules
